In Health & Wellness Part 2, we talk about forming healthy habits. Many times eating is about managing our emotional state and pushing away the feelings so it's about making peace with them instead. Changing your body is about changing what you believe, how you see yourself and how you treat yourself. We talk making peace with the body and our food and really taking pleasure in all that life has to offer including food.
